Important 

1. In order for your registration to be accepted and for you to reserve a place at Refresh 2023, a non-refundable deposit of £25 is required. 

 

Please keep in mind that ticket reservation as a 'Weekend Refresher' is at a first come first served basis. If you do not register on time with the £25 non-refundable deposit, you will be placed on the waiting list till a spot is made available.

2. Your Refresh ticket will be issued ONLY once full payment has been received via your email. For bank transfers please put 'Refresh 23' as a reference and make sure to submit this registration form also *

3. As Refresh is a Women's Conference inspired by God to allow attendees to have a prayerful, fun and relaxing time, we are not able to accommodate children at this time. If you would like any specific massages or treatments, please do not hesistate to arrange this in advance with the hotel spa or online *

4. All final payments and tickets must be sold by 28th AUGUST 2023. We also have a payment schedule option for installments, please enquire on 07751612055 OR  Refresh.gcc@outlook.com. Cancellations up to 4 weeks before allows for a full refund (minus the £25 deposit made at registration) and anything afterwards will be at the discretion of the Refresh team. Parking is free throughout your stay.
