I went to REFRESH Women’s Conference 24 for the first time this September 2024. I could not believe the energy at the event so refreshing positive vibes.
Everything was well organised and put together, it was so nice to be around like minded ladies like myself.
The special guest speakers, the  praying sessions, the singing, the dancing and of course how relaxing it was.

I definitely will be attending next year and cannot wait.

The refreshed staff were amazing, It was so nice to get an uninterrupted night of sleep with breakfast served, I attended two workshops which were very informative, I am so thankful for the opportunity and experience and look forward to more opportunities with the team

What a fantastic weekend at the worship and praise refresh weekend, such a well organised and helpful retreat with so much to do and information on all things great.

The work shops were all very informative and helpful so much information and detail was given out on mental health to disability.

The implement of exercise and use of the wellness spa facilities was such a great added bonus plus the food was absolutely fantastic.

And last but not the least the prayers and worship and individual worships lifted the whole atmosphere god was surely shining on everyone that weekend.

I left the weekend feeling loved appreciated and very welcomed and most definitely REFRESHED

Everything was really good. It was very welcoming & there was a lot of joy. The workshops were good too.
